The example of Presentation Script
Good
morning everyone,
I’d
like to start by introducing myself. My name is Lina Safaa, i am a student
of Senior high school 3 Sukoharjo,
language programme.
Before
we continue, may I tell you first how pleased I’m standing here in front of you
to deliver a presentation.
Today,
we’re going to talk about “How to keep our pets healthy”
I’ve
chosen to speak about this because it so interesting to know how to keep our
pets healthy. I believe that when the pets healthy the owners healthy too.
And
then, I’ve devided my presentation ito two sections. First, about the benefits of
owning healthy pets and the second, tips
to keep our pets healthy.
Let
me start to telling you about benefits of owning healthy pets.
1.
They get you outside: Sun and fresh air elevate your mood and the sun gives you
an extra dose of vitamin D. Vitamin D exposure helps fight physical and mental
conditions, including depression, cancer, obesity, and heart attacks.
2.
Petting reduces stress:. When you connect with your pet, oxytocin, the hormone
related to stress and anxiety relief, is released, helping to reduce blood
pressure and lower cortisol levels.
3. They lessen loneliness: If you don't like
to be alone, pets can be great domestic companions. Often a pet is very
intuitive and will seek you out when you're feeling down, refusing to allow you
to remain alone.
4.
They're great listeners: You can talk to your pet about anything , about your
day, your hopes, your dreams, and etc. You can practice a speech with them,
lament about a breakup, or utter truths that you may be afraid to actually
share with someone else. That’s why if you have pet u’ll never stress.
Have
you ever had pet before?
If you still
have pet, I’ll give you tips about how to keep our pets healthy :
- Keep your pet at a healthy weight;
- Exercise your pet;
- Feed your pet a balanced, nutritious diet;
- Have your veterinarian examine your pet at least once a year to make sure your pet is healthy and to help detect problems earlier;
- Vaccinate your pet against potentially deadly diseases such as distemper, parvo, panleukopenia and rabies;
- Keep your pet free of parasites (fleas, ticks, heartworm, etc.) – consult your veterinarian for the best product for your pet;
- Spay/neuter your pet.
In short, I can conclude that there
are many benefits of owning healthy pets. Because of that we should keep our
pets healthy. When our pets have a disease, its possible for us have same
disease with our pets. But, when our pets healthy, it will give us advantage.
